We will work with your title company to print or deliver your paperwork, insure that the documents are properly signed and executed. Where applicable, documents will be notarized.
We will scan or fax your documents back to the title company to expedite your closing and will even drop your documents off at Federal Express or UPS.
We offer this service In-Home or at our offices Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 5pm.
