At Our Office

$8 for the first notary stamp, $5 each additional stamp in our office Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 5pm.

We do not take appointments for in-office appointments. We suggest calling before you drop by to make sure the notary is in the office and not out on a call.

At Your Location

$40 Travel Fee
$5 per notary stamp

Same day appointments will be billed on site when services are rendered. Appointments for future dates must pre-pay the travel fee at the time of booking. A $20 cancellation fee will apply if the appointment is not canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

We will travel to your location in Chattanooga. Call for rates outside of Chattanooga. We are not licensed in Georgia or Alabama, but out of state customers are welcome to come to our office or arrange meeting at a location within Tennessee.

After Hours

Travel up to 10 miles from the Hamilton Mall area, $5 per mile additional.

We will only do after-hours notarizations in hospitals or nursing homes in critical situations. We will not travel to hotels, private residences or other non-staffed healthcare facilities after hours. Car titles or permission slips at 3am will not be considered an emergency 🙂

Please only call after hours if you agree to these rates. Our notary needs sleep too, but is willing to assist if you have a notarization that requires immediate attention.
