We offer wedding officiant services! Notaries Public in TN may preside over civil wedding services and sign your wedding license!

Fee: $40 Travel fee in Chattanooga +$25 for a “quick and simple” ceremony. If you want a longer service or additional services, give us a call and we can negotiate a price.

Steps to getting married in Hamilton County, TN:

1. Obtain a marriage license from a courthouse in TN.

2. Make an appointment with us…call 423-708-5662

3. We will perform a simple ceremony that contains the essential verbal statements of intent and sign your wedding license.

4. Return your documents to the courthouse within 3 days for government recording.
