Real Estate & Loan Signings

We can notarize real estate documents, mortgage documents and loan documents.

Ask your realtor, title company or loan provider if they will allow you to use a mobile notary public to complete your signing and avoid trips to their office. Have them contact us at 423-708-5662 if you would like for us to coordinate your signing with their services. We have well over a decade of experience in loan signings.

We can operate as either a notary OR a signing agent.

Notary only: You hand the notary only the documents that need to be notarized. The client is responsible for the proper completion of the rest of the documents. This is usually a cheaper option as only the travel fee and $5 per notary stamp will be due.

Signing Agent: The notary will go through the entire package with you to insure everything is properly signed, initialed and completed along with any required notarization. Due to the increased responsibility and risk associated, we charge a minimum of $150 for signing services. As a signing agent we can also print the documents (provided by the loan or title company), provide scan-back confirmation to the company and drop the completed documents off for delivery with a pre-paid label.

Document packages over 100 pages are charged an additional $1 per page. More than 2 signers will incur a $5 per person recording fee.
