Travel Fee: $40

Parking (If no free on-site parking): Reimbursed at actual charge

Waiting Fee: $15 per 1/4 hour

• Charged if the notary must wait in excess of 15 minutes for witnesses, documents to be completed, etc. Please have documents ready to sign, witnesses present if needed and signer ready to sign with their ID. Waiting fee will NOT be charged if legitimate physical or medical limitations exist which naturally require additional time. This fee is only charged in situations where clients are not properly prepared and/or have ignored our pre-appointment instructions which result in unnecessary delays. The notary has other clients- remember, you are not hiring the notary for the entire day. The notary is typically scheduled for 20 minutes on site for a typical notarization.
